Insure Your
Possessions
Often it is not until you decide to move out that you
will require your own insurance. Up until this
time your possessions are usually automatically covered
by your parent’s policy- even when you attend school and
stay in residence this may apply. We suggest a
basic tenant policy to cover your contents from such
things as fire, theft or water damage. A tenant’s
package will also provide personal liability coverage
including damage to rental premises, which is required
by most landlords.
